Fan Services Representative (Seasonal, Part‑Time)

About the role

The Los Angeles Dodgers are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Fan Services team on a seasonal, part‑time basis. As a Fan Services Representative you will be the first point of contact for guests at Dodger Stadium, helping create memorable experiences for fans of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide accurate stadium information, including directions, club history, policies and procedures.
• Address guest concerns, complaints and compliments promptly and professionally.
• Enter and track fan interactions in the customer‑service system.
• Communicate issues to management and collaborate with other departments to resolve them.
• Deliver random acts of kindness, especially for children and guests celebrating special occasions.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Two to three years of customer‑service experience.
• Strong listening and empathy skills with a positive, approachable attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to stand for 4‑7 hour shifts, lift up to 25 lb, and work evenings, nights and holidays.
