Facilities Manager – Pinecrest Shopping Center

About the role

Tanger is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the Pinecrest shopping center. The role blends independent decision‑making with collaborative teamwork in a flexible, technology‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain open communication with center management, tenants, shoppers and vendors.
• Visit, inspect and liaise with each store regularly to ensure compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and landscaping standards and keep the center’s appearance high‑quality.
• Update tenant directories, marketing signage and clean digital directory filters quarterly.
• Assist store management with facility‑related issues and recommend appropriate vendors.
• Notify the Operations Director of any non‑compliance.
• Create and manage programs that ensure timely completion of operational duties.
• Supervise and train Maintenance Technicians on tasks such as snow removal, power washing, painting, parking‑lot striping, HVAC filter replacement, lighting maintenance and trash handling.

• Hands‑on management style with the ability to train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Proactive approach to developing operational programs and ensuring compliance.
