About the role

The Laborer I position supports concrete construction crews in Miami, FL. This entry‑level role involves hands‑on physical work, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring job sites are prepared and maintained for safe, efficient concrete pours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including site clean‑up and manual material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools such as saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Assist with vertical concrete pours and install formwork according to instructions.
• Work in various weather conditions, handling exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb regularly and up to 90 lb with assistance.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Minimum 12 months of formwork or concrete construction labor experience preferred.
• 30‑hour OSHA certification desired.

Required skills

• Operation of power tools and motorized equipment.
• Basic hand‑tool proficiency (circular saws, hammers, nails, bolts).
• OSHA 30‑hour safety training.
