EHS Management Systems Manager

About the role

Join 3M as an EHS Management Systems Manager and lead the development and delivery of global environmental, health, and safety training programs. You will work with innovative 3Mers worldwide, shaping the strategic direction of the EHS management system while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global EHS training program, coordinating with internal subject‑matter experts and external consultants.
• Manage training matrices, translation processes, and liaison with 3M’s global training organization.
• Consult division leadership to set strategic direction, operating plans, and guidelines for the EHS management system.
• Initiate and approve projects that improve training efficiency, effectiveness, and translation quality while managing the annual budget.
• Oversee document management, SharePoint sites, and internal standards development with a focus on sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five years of experience leading training programs in private, public, government, or military settings.
• At least ten years of experience leading management‑systems programs in similar environments.
• Proven experience in EHS programs for manufacturing or product development organizations.
• Strong supervisory, project leadership, and cross‑functional team management experience.
