Director of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to shape the people strategy for a fast‑growing global technology organization. This senior leader will partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness and a high‑performance culture across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Build and scale people processes across the United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Design and implement global HR programs that attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders on headcount planning and organizational initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce data for strategic decision‑making and executive reporting.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous development.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology‑driven organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to scale HR functions across multiple regions (US, LATAM, EMEA, Japan).
• Strong background in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
• Trusted partner to leadership teams and effective influencer at all organizational levels.
