Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS Growth

About the role

Hypercore is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute B2B SaaS demand‑generation campaigns. You will work closely with sales and product teams to build a high‑intent pipeline for the company’s private‑credit operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and other paid channels.
• Manage the company website, improve SEO, and increase conversion rates.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, ads and short‑form content that drive pipeline.
• Analyse performance data, run experiments and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Collaborate with sales to measure pipeline impact and refine targeting.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of B2B SaaS growth, demand generation or performance marketing experience (fintech a plus).
• Hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, especially LinkedIn and Google.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation.
• Ability to work quickly, juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast‑paced startup.
