Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

EDO is seeking a self‑directed Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital activation engine. Reporting to the Go‑to‑Market team, you will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and executive leadership to turn content launches into measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize full‑funnel paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads (display and SEM), and other programmatic channels.
• Manage agency and contractor partners to keep campaigns on schedule, maintain current target lists, and continuously improve performance.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing in HubSpot, including campaign creation, nurture flows, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
• Drive organic social distribution, coordinating with content, PR, and contract social managers to amplify launches.
• Oversee day‑to‑day website marketing activities such as landing pages, campaign pages, blog posts, and product pages, working with contract web developers.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and automation, handling workflows, lead routing, MQL tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Set expectations, manage deliverables, and hold agency and contractor partners accountable.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Strong autonomy with the ability to make independent decisions and move quickly.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, product, and executive teams.
