About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately transfer production data into our ERP and TracID™ systems, support invoice processing, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform data entry from production reports into the ERP system and Tuboscope™ TruData™ system for TracID™ certificate generation.
- Process vendor invoices and submit them for payment in accordance with company procedures.
- Issue purchase orders as requisitions are approved by appropriate personnel.
- Assist office staff with work order closure and required month‑end reporting.
- Attend educational workshops and training events related to TracID™ software updates and enhancements.
- Review and analyze special reports and summarize findings to keep management informed.
- Assist with facility publication printouts and documentation preparation.
- Attend weekly management meetings with department managers.
- Support overall team efforts by consolidating production reports, filing, and record maintenance.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Division Manager.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
