Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at AVEVA you will be the primary point of contact for Fortune‑100 industrial customers, helping them realize faster value from AVEVA’s software solutions. You will work across multiple U.S. locations, partnering with account teams to drive adoption, ROI and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts through proactive engagements and success plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and consultant.
• Understand each customer’s industry, business goals, and how AVEVA technology delivers value.
• Accelerate time‑to‑value, increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
• Provide seamless, friction‑less service for transactional needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to hand off qualified expansion opportunities.
• Act as the internal customer advocate to ensure timely, positive outcomes.
• Collect feedback to drive product improvements, automation and self‑service capabilities.
