About the role
This remote Customer Service Representative position supports clients and participants of an employee benefits organization during an 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST shift. You will handle inquiries, process claims, and ensure a high‑quality experience for members.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding account and claims questions.
- Process forms and enter benefits‑related data promptly.
- Research and respond to claims‑related inquiries.
- Log and tag calls to maintain clear internal communication.
- Uphold the company’s core values through consistent, high‑quality work.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a call‑center or high‑volume environment.
- Knowledge of benefits management (CDH and COBRA) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other web‑based tools.
