About the role
The Customer Marketing Associate supports the development, execution, analysis and measurement of Base Management strategies defined by the senior marketing manager. The role works with a variety of analytical and campaign tools to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies aimed at improving churn, revenue and ARPU.
- Track and monitor the timeline of marketing initiatives, manage briefs, brand approvals and maintain the implementation calendar.
- Validate internal and external reports, identify data gaps, and document factors influencing campaign success.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of Base Management projects.
- Prepare and present status updates, progress reports and issue logs to stakeholders.
- Maintain a log of all marketing initiatives and update it as projects evolve.
Required profile
- Ability to follow departmental and company procedures while remaining legally compliant.
- Capability to make minor day‑to‑day operational decisions within the scope of the role.
- Willingness to recommend process improvements based on daily activities.
