Customer Account Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Account Representative to provide our clients with high‑quality products and a white‑glove service experience. You will play a key part in improving customers' quality of life through friendly, timely interactions and reliable deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, white‑glove customer experience, including on‑time deliveries and rentals.
• Conduct telemarketing activities and distribute printed materials to generate new business.
• Review overdue accounts, contact customers by phone or in person, and collect payments to meet daily/weekly collection targets.
• Manage company vehicles, ensuring safe operation, maintenance, and compliance with local and state regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, stores, and rental equipment following company standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

• Full‑time, permanent position with a consistent schedule and Sundays off.
• Hourly pay ranging from $11.24 to $14.45.
