Corporate Recruiter

About the role

POP MART is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its corporate functions in Culver City. The role will work onsite five days a week, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate positions, from job posting to offer management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews, screen candidates and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define hiring criteria and select candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the application and onboarding process.
• Track market trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
• Prepare and extend job offers in line with company policies.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and progress reports to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of corporate recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in multinational, fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, social media and job portals.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools and strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
