Corporate Controller – Accounting & Finance Leader

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on Corporate Controller to join a fast‑growing consumer products company. Reporting to the CFO and working directly with the C‑suite, you will build and scale accounting operations that support rapid growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, inventory control, AP/AR, cash forecasting, debt and tax compliance.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and ensure accurate US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements for executives and lenders.
• Manage annual audits and relationships with external auditors and tax preparers.
• Drive accounting‑related transformation projects to improve scalability and internal controls.
• Partner with business units on new product launches, sales channel expansions, and M&A initiatives.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing accounting team of seven across domestic and international locations.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, E‑commerce and IT to align financial systems with business needs.

Required profile

• Active CPA license in good standing.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a consumer‑products or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory, revenue recognition and US GAAP.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• NetSuite Advanced Financials.
• Familiarity with add‑on tools such as Numeral.
