About the role

Join the culinary team at Miller’s as a Cook, where you will prepare nutritious meals for regular and therapeutic diets while ensuring high visual standards. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the health and rehabilitation goals of residents.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals and nourishments using standardized recipes for regular and therapeutic diets.
• Maintain food appearance and quality in line with company standards.
• Follow all regulations, infection‑control policies, and food‑safety procedures.
• Provide oversight to the dietary aide during your shift.
• Receive, inspect, and verify food deliveries for accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Ability to follow recipes and basic cooking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety, preparation, and sanitation standards.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to direct others when needed.
• Neat appearance and professional behavior.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment screening, physical exam, and orientation.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.

What we offer

• Full‑time (10:30 am‑7 pm) and part‑time (5:30 am‑2 pm) schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $16.75.
