Controller – Financial Accounting Lead

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Controller to lead daily accounting activities for the Covering Solutions Business Unit. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and supports month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Facilitate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute the weekly payment run in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Support Operations Leaders with KPI reporting, cost‑saving analysis, and performance metrics.
• Lead the weekly cash‑flow forecast.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, significant changes, and provide narrative explanations.
• Analyze assets, liabilities, and capital; prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in managing month‑end and year‑end close cycles.
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
