About the role
This contract position is for a Registered Nurse providing mental health care in a clinic setting. You will work flexible hours, managing your own schedule while delivering high‑quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Complete health appraisals on admission and throughout client care.
- Assist nurse practitioners and physicians with evaluations, treatment plans, and medication administration.
- Monitor client vitals, medication adherence, and provide education on health, nutrition, and self‑care.
- Coordinate care with pharmacies, physicians, and referral agencies.
- Document all client interactions, medication records, and required paperwork accurately and promptly.
Required profile
- Current RN licensure in Ohio.
- Valid BLS certification (preferred).
- Pass background check and possess an individual NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.
