Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and safely. This full‑time, on‑site role is hands‑on and requires strong field experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities on the site.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and workflow to meet project plans.
• Ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain job‑site safety and compliance.
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager or ownership.
• Coordinate materials and equipment on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of construction site experience.
• Proven experience supervising crews or leading job sites.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices.
• Ability to read plans and execute accordingly.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
