Computer Technician – 12-Month Position

About the role

The Computer Technician will provide on‑site service and repair for Macintosh and PC‑compatible computers and related peripherals within a networked environment. This is a 12‑month, full‑time position offering a stable schedule of 260 work days.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Mac and PC workstations.
• Repair, replace, and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners, and monitors.
• Support networked devices, ensuring connectivity and proper configuration.
• Document service tickets and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Follow safety and security procedures while handling equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications (or equivalent college coursework).
• Prior experience servicing Macintosh or PC computers preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced technical environment.
