Community Manager – Tacara Dove Creek

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Tacara Dove Creek property, ensuring smooth team coordination, financial performance, and resident satisfaction within Greystar’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, supervising staff and allocating resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements, market data, and historical performance.
• Achieve targeted revenue by setting rent rates, collecting payments, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures, maintain petty‑cash funds, and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to devise short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily/property management with a solid understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial statements, budgets, and market data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing teams, vendors, and resident relations.
