About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Promenade Towers property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and report variances.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
- Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved budgets.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and variance reporting.
- Familiarity with lease‑up processes and affordable housing regulations.
