Community Manager - Overlook at the Rim

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Overlook at the Rim property in San Antonio. The role combines financial oversight, tenant relations, and compliance to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including team coordination and resource allocation.
• Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and ensure proper coding to the chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to develop short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily housing operations or property management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Effective team leadership and communication skills.
