About the role
The Community Manager for Martinique Bay will oversee the daily operations of an assigned property within Greystar’s portfolio. Reporting to senior management, the role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing resources, and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with all applicable housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day property activities, including team coordination and resource allocation.
- Assist in developing the property budget by analysing financial statements, historical performance and market data.
- Set rent rates, monitor rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
- Maintain compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other relevant laws.
- Prepare and review operational reports to track performance against targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
Required skills
- Budget analysis and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and related regulatory requirements.
