Community Manager

About the role

Get Regular is an AI‑powered gut health tracking app seeking a Community Manager to nurture and grow its online communities. You will act as the bridge between the company and people passionate about gut health, shaping conversations across Reddit, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily in Reddit communities, listen for trends, surface pain points, and contribute valuable insights.
• Manage owned channels such as the Inside Scoop WhatsApp group and other social media accounts, keeping the community energized.
• Produce a bi‑weekly Substack newsletter that translates community feedback into actionable health content.
• Collaborate with founders and clinical advisors to integrate community insights into product development and public messaging.

Required profile

• Active personal presence on Reddit and genuine use of the Get Regular platform.
• Strong, empathetic written communication able to simplify complex health concepts.
• Lived experience or close familiarity with gut‑health issues (e.g., IBS, IBD, chronic constipation).
• Background in social media or community‑engagement tools and experience building online communities.
• Comfort discussing gut‑health, wellness, and preventative care in a non‑judgmental manner.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize community feedback for product and content decisions.
• Self‑directed, collaborative mindset suited to an early‑stage startup.
