Community Manager

About the role

Jerry.ai is building the first all‑in‑one app for car ownership, serving millions of users across the United States. We need a Community Manager who can authentically represent the brand and foster genuine conversations on platforms where our audience already gathers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Jerry’s organic presence on Reddit, Quora, YouTube, TikTok and other community hubs.
• Create a playbook that defines posting cadence, reply strategies, and moments to stay silent.
• Cultivate active, trusted sub‑communities, especially on Reddit.
• Design a scalable content and engagement strategy that retains authenticity, leveraging AI where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Track and report sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of community management or organic social experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer sectors.
• Native comfort with platform culture and language on Reddit, TikTok, Quora, etc.
• Strategic mindset that builds repeatable systems rather than ad‑hoc tactics.
• Ability to humanize “boring” or stressful topics and build long‑term trust.

Required skills

• Understanding of SEO principles and how large language models cite sources.
