Community Manager – Constellation

About the role

The Community Manager for the Constellation property will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure the property meets its financial and regulatory objectives. This position combines operational oversight with resident engagement to drive occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code charges to the appropriate accounts.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved budgets.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and develop budgets.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
