About the role

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of TheLeague.life, a private membership portal dedicated to men’s personal development. You will shape the culture, drive membership expansion, and create meaningful online and offline experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Scale membership by attracting men committed to inner work.
• Plan and execute exclusive virtual and real‑world events.
• Develop daily content, resources, and conversation threads that keep members connected.
• Build strategic partnerships to broaden reach and add value.
• Maintain a safe, active, and authentic environment across forums, chats, and tracking tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience managing highly engaged hybrid communities.
• Deep understanding of men’s mental health, personal growth, and the importance of vulnerability.
• Strategic thinker who can balance growth with community intimacy.
• Empathetic listener, natural connector, and proactive leader.
