Channel Account Manager (French Fluency)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a Channel Account Manager fluent in French to join its partner ecosystem in Brisbane, CA. You will act as a trusted advisor to implementation partners, helping them sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation strategies.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements.
• Streamline communication between partners, internal teams, and customers.
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional or native French fluency.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Fluency in French.
• Experience with ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models.
