About the role
We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Client Support Technician to join our front‑line call centre team. You will assist dealers and customers via phone, email and remote desktop, ensuring a high‑quality experience on every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance for inbound calls, emails and internal messages.
- Train customers on our processes, systems and proprietary POS software.
- Listen actively to understand issues, ask diagnostic questions and guide users through problem‑solving.
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware and POS software, including basic Windows and hardware troubleshooting.
- Support internal and customer‑facing websites, applications and multiple service platforms.
- Use remote‑desktop tools to resolve issues and track detailed information on client cases.
- Escalate complex cases to management or other internal teams for quick resolution.
- Complete daily tasks on time and provide corrective actions to prevent callbacks.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in technical support or a call‑centre environment (minimum 6 months).
- High School Diploma or GED; A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of PCs, operating systems, networking fundamentals and applications.
- Excellent listening, empathy and patience when guiding users remotely.
