Bilingual Marketing Specialist – CRM & Community Events

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Marketing Specialist to lead CRM campaigns and community event participation for our BOSS Money Transfer business in the United States. You will design and execute multi‑channel initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth while delivering personalized customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in‑app) across the full customer lifecycle.
• Manage the campaign calendar, create JIRA tickets, generate promo codes, and ensure timely delivery of multilingual messages.
• Segment audiences using behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to increase relevance.
• Plan and run A/B tests in collaboration with the CRM team to optimise conversion rates.
• Work with design to produce visual assets for emails, in‑app messages, and other CRM touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign performance and refine messaging, promotions, and strategy.
• Coordinate with product teams to align CRM initiatives with business priorities.
• Maintain the community‑event calendar, preparing materials, communications, and offers for events across the U.S.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in marketing communications or CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated B2C experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
