About the role
As a Bilingual Key Account Store Operations Specialist you will work closely with the North American Enterprise Account team to support and grow our largest partner stores. You will be responsible for onboarding new stores, maintaining strong relationships with store teams, and ensuring that performance data is accurate and actionable. This role combines customer support, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision making in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner onboarding and launch management: set up and train new stores on the platform, track incoming requests and ensure timely, smooth launches.
- Ongoing partner support: engage with store teams, resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Data and reporting support: respond to ad‑hoc data requests, monitor store metrics and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bilingual French/English full proficiency.
- Customer support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving ability using performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
