Athletics Travel Manager, Collegiate Support

About the role

The Athletics Travel Manager provides dedicated travel support for collegiate athletic programs, ensuring coaches, athletes, and staff receive seamless, personalized service for both individual and team journeys. This fully remote position serves clients across the United States and coordinates domestic and international travel logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Cover vacation periods for on‑site school contacts, maintaining uninterrupted service.
• Arrange all aspects of individual athletic travel, including GDS‑based air, hotel, and car reservations.
• Coordinate team travel logistics such as group contract air bookings, hotel blocks, and charter bus arrangements.
• Manage travel documentation, itineraries, and compliance with university and event regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches, athletes, and support staff throughout the travel lifecycle.

Required profile

• Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling domestic and international group and individual travel.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for air, hotel, and car bookings.
