Athletics Travel Manager – Collegiate Support

About the role

On Location is seeking an Athletics Travel Manager to provide dedicated travel support for its collegiate clients. The position is fully remote within the United States and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to coaches, athletes, and staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Cover vacation periods for on‑site school travel coordinators.
• Arrange all aspects of individual athletic travel, including domestic and international air tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals using GDS platforms.
• Coordinate team travel logistics, such as group contract air bookings, hotel blocks, and charter bus arrangements.
• Maintain accurate travel itineraries and ensure compliance with client policies.

Required profile

• Dependable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling both domestic and international group and individual travel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for air, hotel, and car bookings.
