About the role

The Associate Data Analyst will join Disney’s Data Platforms team to turn complex computer‑vision data into actionable insights that improve safety and efficiency across Disney Parks worldwide. This 15‑month project hire focuses on understanding detection trends, supporting pipeline health, and translating technical metrics into clear recommendations for both guests and cast members.

Key responsibilities

• Pull, organize, and review data from computer‑vision platforms to identify detection patterns and emerging trends.
• Run structured reviews of detection outputs, logging false positives and false negatives, and compile findings for technical teams.
• Monitor data pipeline health, flag anomalies, and escalate issues to senior engineers.
• Perform routine support tasks for container‑based applications in Linux environments, following documented procedures.
• Summarize analytical findings in clear reports and update dashboards for leadership review.
• Participate in cross‑functional working sessions, taking notes and tracking action items.
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and status updates as the initiative scales.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a strong curiosity about the “why” behind data.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and operations staff.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical metrics into actionable intelligence.
