About the role
The Associate Counsel I – Legal Leasing will draft, review, and negotiate lease documents and other legal agreements across all company departments, supporting both independent and collaborative work in a flexible, remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate lease and related legal documents for all company departments.
- Negotiate lease terms with tenants, coordinate with senior counsel, and obtain internal approvals.
Required profile
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
- 0–4 years of experience drafting and negotiating retail space leases.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Workday and other Office 365 applications.
