Assistant Manager, Site Marketing

About the role

Sephora is looking for an Assistant Manager, Site Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across its website, mobile web, and app. The role will help drive client engagement, sales, and acquisition for the U.S. and Canada while delivering seamless digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of site‑marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Maintain homepage programming calendars and align them with business priorities and merchandising goals.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Creative, Production, Product, and Analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Recommend site, app, landing‑page, and targeting strategies based on performance metrics and client behavior.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, product drops, and brand initiatives across digital platforms.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure flawless campaign execution and a high‑quality client experience.
• Analyze campaign performance and site engagement data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist with testing initiatives, digital enhancements, and the rollout of new site features and personalization strategies.
• Monitor site content and campaign performance for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, business initiatives, and strategic priorities while maintaining strong project‑management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
