Assistant Front Office Manager

About the role

The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office team at Hilton Myrtle Beach, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance. This full‑time, year‑round position blends guest service leadership with operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office functions, including check‑in/check‑out, room inventory, and guest service standards.
• Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Analyze service and satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Greet guests, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and promote up‑selling of hotel services.
• Maintain team knowledge of hotel products, pricing, local events, and facilities.
• Conduct audit procedures as required.
• Recruit, interview, and train Front Office team members.
