About the role

Join a boutique architectural studio in New York City where you will work directly on high‑profile luxury residential, boutique hotel, and cultural projects both locally and internationally. The position offers a collaborative environment where your contributions shape every phase of design, from concept to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑end 3D models, architectural renderings, and presentation materials.
• Develop detailed interior and exterior architectural details and comprehensive construction documentation.
• Coordinate project drawings, collaborate with team members, and interface with consultants and builders.

Required profile

• Strong eye for technical precision and a passion for the craft of building.
• Exceptional digital styling, 3D modeling, and rendering capabilities.
• Experience managing residential, hospitality, or gallery projects from concept through construction administration.
