AI Trainer – Nurse Practitioner / Registered Nurse (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Senior Registered Nurse to join our AI Labor Marketplace as a remote consultant. You will use your clinical expertise to shape and evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning, helping to improve the accuracy and safety of large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic, complex clinical prompts based on nursing and advanced‑practice workflows.
• Develop structured, criteria‑based rubrics to assess AI reasoning quality.
• Evaluate GPT‑5.2 outputs against defined clinical standards.
• Author expert “gold‑standard” responses that demonstrate best‑practice clinical reasoning.
• Identify subtle reasoning gaps or safety issues and apply professional judgment.
• Follow project guidelines for data use and fictionalization.

Required profile

• Active or recently active U.S. RN or NP license.
• 10+ years of clinical experience in direct patient care, clinical education, or advanced practice.
• Strong written communication with attention to clinical nuance.
• Comfort evaluating and explaining complex clinical reasoning.
