About the role
The Administrative Specialist II provides essential clerical and administrative support to various units within the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. This full‑time position ensures smooth office operations, accurate record‑keeping, and effective communication across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff.
- Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support budgeting and procurement processes by preparing requisitions and tracking expenses.
Required profile
