About the role

The Student Government V-3 position is a paid, fixed‑term internship within the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. It is designed for current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, who wish to support the student government through clerical work. The university is a historic 1890 land‑grant HBCU with a diverse student body, a 15:1 student‑to‑faculty ratio, and a strong emphasis on learning, growth and community involvement. Interns will experience a campus environment that values close interaction with faculty and offers a wide range of academic programs and extracurricular activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clerical tasks to assist student government operations.
• Maintain records and documentation related to student government activities.
• Support communication and coordination among student government members.

Required profile

• Must be a current employee of the University of Arkansas System (student employee or graduate assistant).
• Interest in student government and campus involvement.
