About the role
The Account Development Specialist will be the sales lead for a portfolio of wine brands within the San Fernando Valley on‑premise market. You will drive revenue, increase market share, and execute brand activations that connect the right products with consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share for the assigned wine portfolio, spending ~80% of time in‑market.
- Research trends, present new products, and conduct monthly business reviews with key accounts.
- Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations and merchandising initiatives.
- Provide real‑time market insights and collaborate with on‑premise and retail sales teams.
- Develop and deliver training modules for sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with account gatekeepers and participate in supplier calls.
- Attend industry workshops and obtain advanced certifications to become the product expert.
Required profile
- Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into growth strategies.
