About the role
The Aspect Account Development Specialist leads sales for a focused portfolio of fine‑wine brands within a targeted account base in San Diego. You will drive brand activation, increase market share, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to grow the assigned category.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and market‑share targets for the assigned portfolio, spending the majority of time in‑market.
- Develop and present beverage and marketing strategies, conduct monthly business reviews, and launch new brands with speed to market.
- Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations and merchandising initiatives to elevate category awareness.
- Gather real‑time market insights, report field intelligence, and collaborate with on‑premise and retail sales teams.
- Deliver training modules on sales trends to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with gatekeepers and key accounts, ensuring optimal distribution and menu development.
Required profile
- Current associate with internal career portal access.
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, category dynamics, and supplier goals.
- Proven ability to manage account plans and execute brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
