Visual Designer for Growth, Marketing & Sales

About the role

Bask Health is looking for a Visual Designer who will shape the visual identity of our brand across web, marketing, and product channels. The role blends creative design with AI‑first workflows, allowing you to collaborate with large language models to accelerate ideation and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the visual identity for the website, marketing assets, and product interfaces.
• Produce high‑quality designs for sales collateral, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Conceptualize and launch unconventional campaigns, content series, and events to engage target audiences.
• Leverage LLMs to clarify intent, draft concepts, research problems, and speed up the design process.
• Test designs with real users and stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
• Document and share AI‑native prompts, processes, and workflows across the team.

Required profile

• Passion for design in a product‑focused, fast‑moving environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take ownership of open‑ended projects.
• Preference for collaborative, transparent work, seeking early feedback.
