Trades Technician HVAC/Kitchen Equipment

About the role

The Trades Technician HVAC/Kitchen Equipment will support the University of Arkansas facilities by maintaining and servicing heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning systems and kitchen equipment across campus. This fixed‑term position is open to current University of Arkansas System employees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and university standards.
• Document work performed and report issues to facilities management.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work varied shifts as needed.
