TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and grow its influencer and affiliate programs. Working remotely on U.S. East Coast hours, you will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive profitable partnerships for a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end influencer and affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new creators and affiliates, continuously testing trends and platform updates.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns for conversion, and cut under‑performing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the small marketing team to align influencer efforts with broader brand goals.
• Report results and revenue impact, tying outcomes to performance bonuses.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with a deep understanding of U.S. culture, slang, and social‑media behavior.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment.
• Proactive, creative, and obsessed with building profitable, converting partnerships.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST (flexible hours).
