Territory Sales Manager – Precision Cutting Tools (Washington)

About the role

Heritage Cutter, a privately held US manufacturer of precision cutting tools, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Washington State. The role combines technical field support for end‑users and distribution partners with sales responsibility for the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships within the Washington territory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and profit margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for all assigned accounts.
• Review lost opportunities and provide feedback on pricing, product, and service.
• Set and track sales goals, including new‑business targets, and report progress.
• Coordinate internal resources such as Product Managers to support customers and distributors.
• Communicate market trends, product competitiveness, and new business opportunities to management.
• Submit monthly reports covering target accounts, quotations, distributor updates, and training.

Required profile

• 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines.
• 2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
• Engineering degree or machining trade certificate (preferred).

Required skills

• Machining on manual and CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of milling and tapping applications.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using project‑management software.
• Competence with spreadsheets and word‑processing tools.
