Technical Project Manager

About the role

Real Chemistry is building an enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing. As a Technical Project Manager you will own delivery across the platform, ensuring workstreams stay on track and teams remain unblocked.

Key responsibilities

• Run the delivery plan for the platform, coordinating milestones and dependencies across teams.
• Own Agile ceremonies, maintain sprints, backlogs and release schedules.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear commitments and handoffs.
• Track blockers and scope changes, driving decisions with the right stakeholders.
• Manage release coordination across environments and teams.
• Provide leadership and stakeholders with clear status and timeline updates.
• Build and evolve the delivery process as the team scales.

Required profile

• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable adjusting scope and focus as the organization grows.
• Proactive, driven, resourceful with strong prioritization and data‑analysis skills.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• 4+ years managing software delivery for product or engineering teams (B2B or enterprise).
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple external vendors and internal teams.
• Strong Agile fluency, including running ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Technical depth to discuss APIs, data pipelines, environments and releases.
• Proficiency with delivery and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, GitHub or Linear.
• Ability to communicate status and trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical audiences.
