About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced Class A team truck drivers to operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule, PTO after 90 days, and access to exclusive employee resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Pull 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a schedule of 5 days on the road and 2 days home each week.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least one year of verifiable Class A driving experience in the past three years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in the past three years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop without difficulty.
