About the role

R+L Carriers is hiring Class A Team Truck Drivers for its Norwalk, OH service center. Drivers earn an annual salary between $140,000 and $160,000, enjoy a home‑every‑week schedule, and receive a vacation week after 90 days of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule each week.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA transition criteria).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to bend, lift, stoop and operate equipment safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A license.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience with LTL freight handling.
